Prati is showcasing two finishing platforms at LOUPE Americas 2026, with its SATURN and DIGI COMPACT systems addressing different requirements in today’s label converting market.

At Booth 3529, SATURN represents the more configurable of the two platforms. The high-speed slitter inspection rewinder features a modular architecture that allows converters to tailor the system for a range of finishing, inspection and converting applications across markets including food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

The system’s MAKE READY function is designed to streamline job changeovers, while motion-control technology and Prati’s FASTCUT system support accurate cutting across a variety of substrates. At LOUPE, SATURN is being demonstrated in a compact configuration incorporating 100% inspection along with integrated unwinding, slitting and rewinding.

Alongside SATURN, Prati is highlighting DIGI COMPACT, a compact finishing platform developed for digitally printed self-adhesive and linerless labels.

The 450mm system is being shown in a roll-to-stack configuration but can also be configured for roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet production. DIGI COMPACT operates at speeds up to 80 m/min and features an optimized web path designed to reduce setup time and material waste. An integrated flexo unit with UV and IR drying adds coating and spot-printing capabilities.
